Designing and Shooting - Chair Project con't...

Here was the second set-up for the chairs.  I wanted to incorporate all the things my friend and I  had found into one tree.  I added the strings with fabric I made for color.  I used to have those hanging above my bed.  I used hemp string and tied white fabric I dyed and blue fabric I dipped in modge podge to harden.  They are a fun way to add color to any room.

Designing and Shooting - Chair Project

I wanted to create different themes with the chairs we had.  The first set of photos are the chairs at a party.  I had found this blog that I really liked (oh happy day) and decided to create streamers that I originally added to the ceiling in my bedroom.  Then when I saw how much color they added I wanted to take them into the desert and decorate some trees out there.  A friend of mine and myself found these chairs at a salvage yard for $1.00- 3 chairs for a buck!  We fell in love with them and thought they were perfect for the shoot.

This is a bigger tree I originally wanted to decorate.  I realized about an hour into it that I needed more decor to get the full effect I wanted.  I still liked how the tree turned out with the small amount of stuff I had with me.

Making Stuff - Chandelier

This is a chandelier I made that I found on a website titled ohhappyday.  It was really time consuming, but worth every minute.  It's made out of tissue paper, cardstock, crepe paper and wire.  I also made the pillow that has the writing on it.  I got the bandana from a friend who found it in the desert and converted it.
